well-maintained, oceanfront complex with a dual-level covered parking garage;

The Y-shaped heated pool was refurbished in February 2008 and has a large paved
deck that overlooks the ocean. There are numerous lounge chairs, tables and
chairs.
Swim in the pool, relax with your favorite book, meet your friends, play with
your children, or just enjoy the sun. You can walk directly from the pool area
to the beach.
Three sliding glass doors on the east and south sides of the living room open to
the large wrap-around patio that is well equipped with deck furniture and
provides a full view of and direct access to the well-manicured lawn, pool,
beach, and ocean. Take chairs, umbrellas, toys and drinks to the beach without
using stairs or elevators!
The southern exposure of the living room and master bedroom patios provides
sunny warmth and gives protection from northeast winds in the winter but offers

A large entrance foyer leads directly to the open-floor-plan living and dining
areas. The entire unit has clean, cool tile floors. Located just a few feet from

across the sea oats to the beach and ocean. Experience spectacular sunrises,
