The southern exposure on the large balcony produces sunny warmth in the winter and relaxing shade in the summer. Our unit sleeps six comfortably with one king, two twins, and queen sleeper sofa in this beautifully decorated environment. We are located near Orlando, Daytona Beach, and the Kennedy Space Center attractions.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

Shuffleboard, heated pool, kiddy pool, 2 BBQ grills, and a poolside cabana that is a great place to have parties. There is a large deck with lounging chairs overlooking the ocean, or you can walk right down the steps to the beach. Our on-site management is always there to make sure you have everything you need. High-speed wireless Internet access is available in the cabana.

January thru July $870 per week
August thru December $750 per week

All rentals subject to 12.5% sales tax plus a $60.00 cleaning fee. $300.00 security/damage deposit is necessary to confirm reservation.
